The DNM 4000 is a compact size vertical machining center with 400mm Y axis and a direct-coupled 40 taper spindle. By reducing the machine width, the footprint is minimized and productivity is optimized by high acceleration/deceleration performance. In addition, many standard NC functions are included for easy operation.

Standard direct-coupled spindle for higher productivity

The direct coupled spindle reduces vibration and noise, thereby improving the machines performance and environmental-friendliness compared to belt drive type
Higher productivity is achieved by improving all axes feed system acc/dec times.

Easy operator access and excellent chip disposal

Designed with 2 doors for easy operator access to the working area.
Bed flushing is applied to both left and right sides to optimize chip removal even when high
volume chips are produced during cutting.

An environmental-friendly machine designed for stable and easy operation

Thermal error compensation function fitted as standard optimizes machine accuracy by reducing the effects of heat build-up during extended periods of operation.
The Easy Operation function (EOP) can be viewed in the pop-up window of the main NC screen for convenient machine operation.
Grease lubrication for axis roller guideways is a standard feature and reduces contamination of the operator’s environment.
