Since it was founded in 1997, MATRIX GmbH has been a developer or mold clamping systems.
The idea of developing clamping jaws based on the pin cushion principle was the first step towards a true innovation. The MATRIX clamping systems went into series production in 1999. Various modules with differently-sized pin fields, for example, as well as additional modules relevant in measuring technology for the improved securing of complex components are introduced into the MATRIX GmbH portfolio. As a result, the first module, which included height and angle elements, as well as blank holders, cone and prism supports, was produced in 2000. With the aid of the modular system, relationships with customers were extended across the entire globe. New target groups were acquired, since the sets were constantly being adapted to the needs of customers and their applications.
